reflects the conviction that facilitation is an important link in addressing the current financial, environmental and social challenges of the Caribbean. In this regard, the practice of facilitation becomes a meaningful tool to enable groups with competing interests to seek common ground and areas where consensus can influence desired action. Integration may also be viewed as the harnessing of diverse ideas and perspectives within any group or organisation.
