Hello Facilitators!

I represent the International Association of Facilitators, and I am the Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean.

My interest and role is to grow IAF and the profession of facilitation in the region.

Currently in Latin America we have members in Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Ecuador, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica México, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago.

We are facilitators that align with the mission and values of the IAF, International Association of Facilitators, who wish to foster our own professional development as we build awareness of facilitation in our region.

Mission of the IAF

The mission of the IAF is to promote, support and advance the art and practice of professional facilitation through methods exchange, professional growth, practical research, collegial networking and support services. This is accomplished through peer-to-peer networking, professional development and annual conferences which are critical means for fulfilling the mission and reflecting our core values.
