The International Institute for Facilitation and Change helps groups become more effective by improving their capacity to collaborate, resolve conflicts and make good decisions. Specialists in participatory processes, IIFAC consultants offer facilitation and training in both English and Spanish throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Bonfire, IIFAC’s bilingual electronic publication, offers practical advice and thoughtful reflection about topics of interest to facilitators. This free resource is available at www.iifac.org.

 

 


             
  AMAUTA   Amauta Internacional, Ltda., based in Bogotá, Colombia, and its U.S. counterpart Amauta International, LLC, have worked in over 30 countries in Latin America and around the world, to optimize the effectiveness of those who facilitate, lead and manage processes of sustainable cultural transformation in organizations and communities.

They co-chaired the First Latin American Facilitators Conference in Quito, Ecuador, co-sponsored the following two Latin American Conferences and have sponsored and coordinated the IAF Spanish-language Facilitator’s Forum since 1997, with more than 700 participants.

They are also Partner Organization of the Global Facilitator Service Corps and Associates of the Change Facilitation Associates Network and the Global Leadership Alliance.
     
             
  IAC Spain   The Institute of Cultural Affairs, Spain (I.A.C.E.) is a non-for-profit organization committed to facilitation and training for the growth and development of the human factor.   We work to optimise participatory processes which lead to commitment and empowerment of human beings within society and organizations in change.
