Amauta Internacional, Ltda., based in Bogotá, Colombia, and its U.S. counterpart Amauta International, LLC, have worked in over 30 countries in Latin America and around the world, to optimize the effectiveness of those who facilitate, lead and manage processes of sustainable cultural transformation in organizations and communities. They co-chaired the First Latin American Facilitators Conference in Quito, Ecuador, co-sponsored the following two Latin American Conferences and have sponsored and coordinated the IAF Spanish-language Facilitator’s Forum since 1997, with more than 700 participants. They are also Partner Organization of the Global Facilitator Service Corps and Associates of the Change Facilitation Associates Network and the Global Leadership Alliance. |
