Welcome to our LAC Resources Page, a space where you can explore our free bilingual audio and written resources to learn and develop your skills as a facilitator.

Our audio offerings include audio recordings of our interactive Teleseminar series that highlight experienced IAF members sharing their knowledge and insights about facilitation.

Our written resources include examples from some of the best facilitators in the field. In the IAF ‘spirit of sharing’ we bring to you a collection of articles written by well-known facilitators provided here in both English and Spanish.

Another valuable resource is the Basic Facilitation Primer, a 40 page handbook on group facilitation that was the product of several professional organizations and individuals. English and Spanish versions are available.

On the Resources Page you will also find two opportunities to publish your own articles about facilitation: the LAC Monograph Series and the IAF Research and Applications Journal. These avenues will allow you to join your IAF colleagues in making a contribution to the field of facilitation.
